I drew this as an entry to the SciFi-Meshes design competition to design and execute a concept for an airlock.   My idea was for an inflatable space-saving airlock.     I came in 3rd.

I'm assuming that was mostly for the concept, than for the execution.

This is also an entry to a SciFi-Meshes design competition to design something based on a simple shape.   As far as I know there was no decision made as to any winners of the competition.
I was hampered by not being completely familiar with the software, and having a computer that couldn't handle the software.

I drew this sometime in the mid 1980's using a pencils, a T-square and various plastic triangles.   It's a big ship, and a big file.

(It's a large file.)
These are also from some time in the 1980's.   They're pen and ink.

I need to start drawing again.

I did this just because I felt like doing something like this.
I drew the shapes in AutoCAD, saved them as meta files, then saved those as transparent PNG's in Paintshop, then imported and animated them in SWiSHmax (flash animation software), exported the animation as an AVI, imported that into Jasc GIF animator - just to make an animated GIF avatar for SciFi-Meshes.
